I have an email coming from a netfirms account to yahoo. I want to stop this but can't find a disable prompt in neither Yahoo not netfirm's settings. Help!

You have to go into the netfirms account and turn off the forwarding. The help files for that email program will tell you how to do this. There is no way you can do anything on your Yahoo! account to stop this.
