What's the point of under-aged drinking? - N - 04-28-2014 09:07 PM

I'm a sophomore in High School, taking honors classes, known around school, and a bit more than an average Joe. Anyway, I recently got bombarded on Twitter with pictures of fellow classmates, and under-aged friends drunk as hell, stoned, holding beers, doing shots, smoking, etc.

What's the point in drinking/smoking at such a young age? It doesn't click to me. It just seems like a waste of time and money.

Opinions/Thoughts?

Because it's fun, and gives people a chance to bond doing things they might be scared to do otherwise.... Idk it takes off the edge a bit.. It's fun...did I mention it's fun?

They're stupid and don't realize they're wasting their money and destroying their bodies. They say it's fun, but it's really not. Your body aches and you feel sick all the time when you do stuff like that, even more so when you're really young. Once you start, you can't stop as well. You drink one beer, get hooked on it, drink a lot more, then the next day you're in sooo much pain and you feel sick. The only way you know how to get of it fast is to get drunk again. It's a vicious cycle you never want to get stuck in and it ruins lives.
