Help: internet connectivity problem....? - What!? No Way!? - 04-28-2014 09:08 PM
My internet connection to my desktop computer isn't working. I have comcast xfinity and I noticed that none of the lights are lit up on the modem except for the power light and the ethernet lights are flashing yellow and they never did that before.
could the modem be bad?

It could be but may just need to be reset. There is a reset button on your modem. First unplug the modem, plug it in and press the rest p=button
