No.. You can read your old emails still but you won't be able to fetch new ones without being able to connect to the mail server from your ISP.

You will only be able to look at the e-mails you have already recieved and not be able to get or send anything new.

You would have to find a computer, cell phone or PDA with an INTERNET CONNECTION to check E-Mail
