Since last month my internet has been really crappy.
I used to have 250kbps (I live in the PH)
Now I have 25-50 kbps
When I play Dota 2 or Heroes of Newerth I get below 100 ping cause the servers are in my area now I get suddenly 499-999 ping.
Why is this problem happening suddenly?

Reset your router.
Clean all browser cookies/cache.
Delete temporary files.

Contact your internet service provider (ISP). ask them to change the ip address to old one
