Just wondering if it is possible to get to my routers setup page without an internet connection.

yes
you are connected to your router on a local network, and thus can access it without internet
it's basically a straight connection to your wireless router
since you're on netgear
just type in "routerlogin.net" on any web browser and you should be able to log in to your settings

Hello,
First of all thanks for using Yahoo Answers. An internet connection is not required to access the gateway, but a connection to the router/device is required. To access the gateway log in follow the steps listed below.
1. Start.
2. Run.
3. Type "cmd".
4. Type "ipconfig"
5. Press Enter
6. Enter the number next to default gateway into your internet browser. (Ex 192.168.1.1)
7. Log In
