it has stopped at 79.3%. It is also noteworthy that its got 2 seeders and 3 leechers

Hi,
Close the torrent client and restart it. If it does not work, then delete the torrent(if using bittorrent, may differ from different clients, it may be called cancel etc,) and then re-add the same torrent to the same location that you were previously downloading. Hope this helps.
