I want to follow Tori Spellings Twitter and i do not know how. i type her name in the search bar and i only see other peoples twitters on her. Do I need a twitter to read hers?

if her twitter is public, you dont have to have twitter.But if you want to twitter people then yes you need twitter. if you just want to read their page then no you dont.
But when you twitter you put @their username and whatever you want to say.
