When you create a page on Facebook, the default is that weird little blue question mark. How do you change it? I searched through all the settings, and either I'm blind or it isn't there.

Go to your profile. Then move the mouse over the "weird blue picture". You will see "Change Picture".
Press it and you will see a menu ... you choose how to change the picture (Upload,..etc).
