Help with Malware? - 725 - 04-29-2014 05:20 AM

So, I use Google Chrome. I've heard of Malware before, but never really experienced it until now. Given that I'm only 14 years of age, I don't understand much about this. Recently, my Google Chrome browser has changed to something called "snap do". I've tried to change my browser back, but in my settings, it already reads that Google Chrome is my default browser. This is a brand new computer and I want to make it last. Can anyone possibly help me? Thank you.

remember google search is your best friend
sounds like a third party add on you missed when downloading something /slow down and read all before you click on anything to install ...when not sure than don't

I know how you feel so...

Task Manager - look for "Lrcnta.exe" right click it and open file location.
End the process in task manager
Delete the "Lrcnta.exe" in that open file location earlier.

solved.
