I wanted to write a post on my blog about some of the best free automatic link submitting tools, but I find it quiet hard to find them since all of them are paid - I found few but that's not enough to write a long article so I thought maybe someone here know any tools like this.
I don't want tools that submit your site to FFA sites, only sites like RSS directories, bookmarking sites etc.

I would suggest you to drop this idea and try to wirte on free quality directory submission sites. There are many directory submission sites but they are not of high quality. To top it up you can also segregate these sites on basis of category.
