I Have Tmobile. My Father Blocked Texting. I Can Still Get Fb Texts Tho. Does This Still Charge ? - 398 - 04-29-2014 08:42 PM I Have No Texting. It's BLOCKED.so how come i can still get texts from fb ? does it still charge? because when i check my text usage it says i used 0 texts..yet i still recieve them from FB..why is that ? someone please explain - Brandon - 04-29-2014 08:46 PM Depending on what you have....if you have AT&T, the messages from FB are a data feature, since they are coming from a source other than another cell phone it falls under a "data plan", so unless you dont have a data plan, you will be charged $0.35 per data message recieved, its the same with Alltel, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint...however if you have sprint and the texting is blocked, then yes, you are being charged, because Im pretty sure the Text/Data is in one bundle, so if texting is blocked, so should data. |
