Ok... so this makes no sense. It appears you're asking people to delete your twitter account. Only you can do that.. we can not. I don't understand the part about a violation going on. You really can't use this site to make requests... you have to ask a question.
All you had to do was use put "Delete twitter account" into a Google search. I found it right away. You would have to sign in in order to deactivate/cancel your account.
