Go to that fan page and go all the down to the bottom of the page. You should see a button that says remove me from fans. Good luck!

Ha...my friends are obsessed with becoming fans of pages.
If you want to look for a fan page that you want to remove, go to your profile, click on info, then scroll down to the fan pages. Click on the fan page(s) you want to remove, then scroll down to where it says "Remove Me from Fans" on the left side of the page. Click on it and you're done.

account-->edit friends-->in left side 'pages'
click 'x' straight to fan page name.
or
go to fan page.scroll down.click 'remove me from fans' on bottom of left side.
