Maybe you are typing the name wrong or maybe that person changed their name. If its not either of these then you have been blocked by that person.

if u talking about searchin a particular person....then he/she might have blocked you or he must have made alteration in his name....

yes, if it land on an error page resulting page could not be found or removed..

may be you are typing a wrong name or the person might have changed his/her name.
there are chances that you had been blocked or the person whom you are finding might have deleted or deactivated his/her account

There may be three reasons of this
1) They have blocked you
2) They have deactivated their profile
3) They have set privacy of their profile,so that only friends can search them

You can check if his account still alive by searching it on the link below, it's free special Facebook, Twitter, Google+...etc Search by keywords and doesn't require logging in. You can use any info, not only Name: Location, Interests, etc.

Not Necessary They Could've Deleted There Facebook or you May Have Typed There Name in Wrong
Double Check Make Sure you Put the Name in Correctly
Ask Someone Else To Look Up The persons Profile if They Can And You Cant Than you Been Blocked
