You must be on Pldt. It sucks at times. Yahoo is usually the bottle neck.

because of the typically wonderful customer service in the philippines.
they have you locked into a contract so why would they also want to give you good service? its not like you are going to leave.....

your location
the weather
your ISP (internet service provider)
your type of connection (e.g. dial-up)
your type of service subscription from your ISP (try upgrading to a better one)
your computer (viruses and too much programs and files installed)
the number of devices connected to the internet and running at the same time (sharing the speed also)
