Is there any place I can create a free .com website with free hosting? I need to make one but don't have a credit card or anything to pay for it. Don't say something like, "Obviously" or blah blah that. Only answer if the answer is yes.

As a yearly fee has to be paid to ICANN for every domain name registration, there are no free domain names.
There are free hosting services but as the owners of these services place advertisements on your website, your website will not look very professional. You can obtain excellent hosting from as little as US$4.00 per month( See Hostgator).
