I have just started doing SEO, Now I have around 10 different website and I doing all work form same IP address so working with same IP address that effect on Google ranking or not?

Hi,
Your IP doesn't change much. It's where to the files are hosted and where your traffic is coming from to visit it.
If you have a site about Hawian beads which is hosted in the US and your traffic is from china then you got a problem, it is called C-Class. (google it)
Another technique which most SEO masters won't speak about!
But i do cause i feel nice today!

No It doesn't matter. You are allowed to promote more than one website..
It will not effect your work...

It does not matter. Only if you have 50 websites in same IP ranges that abuse Google guidelines then i will worry.

Yes..Same IP address if you are using the websites for link building would not help you better.
It means the same as taking opinion from your family rather than neutral person.
