Is there anyway for me to type in my email somewhere and see what websites I've signed in on? or joined?

Hi There Lydia,
Unfortunately not. Email addresses are considered private account information by many sign up sites. It would be both poor practice and unethical to post them for all to search.
The quickest (and safest) way to identify this is use the lost password feature on many sites. If you have a valid email subscription to that site a new password would be posted to you.
