Zippo. Get your own american shipping address with a package forwarding company (free to do with most). That way you can order from any seller you like and also take advantage of free domestic shipping specials. Other benefits include being able to bundle multiple purchases into one shipment and lower international shipping rates.
p.s. make sure you purchase only NEW lighters that have never been filled with fluid otherwise the shipment becomes hazardous
