Download a proxy and bypass the web filter.
Some proxies I recommend:
Hotspot Shield
Tor (It's a browser, and a little stronger)
Spotflux

Ask your parents for permission on a site-by-site basis. Most parental control software has a provision for using e-mail or having a parent log in and grant access.

.You could do a system restore. Maybe secretly reinstall the O.S
If you have been IP banned you can use a proxy.
Or you could get a Girl/Boyfriend and stay of the porn sites.

Hi whether that site has blocked your ip address .Then no problem you can easily access that website after changing your ip address ..If you are having dynamic ip address then you can change it easily just by resetting your modem ...Else if you are having static ip address then you must have to inform your ISP to change it ..After changing the ip address visit sites like http://www.ip-details.com/ to know your present network ip address then access the website which has blocked your ip sure you can use it without any issues .
