I have a crush at work. We talk here and there. Because of the fact we only see each other at work, its hard to keep in touch.
Would it be awkward to add her on Facebook or follow her on Instagram?

Nope, do either one. Maybe both eventually. Also, you should probably get her phone number. And why not just ask her out? Go for it. Hope this helps

If you have talked to her before and made a friendship then yes. If you haven't then no wait tell you made contact and talk to her then wait and don't add her the first day because thats kind of awkward because then she can tell your kind of stalking her.
