I clicked remember me at the local LIBARY by accident and I cleared the search history so will I be logged out?

No, You have to clear the cookies. (That's a legit answer they are called cookies

It all depends on the settings of your browser. With google chrome, It gives you the option to clear saved passwords by clicking a dialog box after clicking the clear saved data button. If your worried about someone accessing your account. It would be wise to just change your twitter account password to alleviate the issue.
