like so they don't have to bother with normal people messageing them and everything? and they can just chat to other famous people about famous business?

They have their personal accounts yes. But they have it set to where fans can't search for them/add them. Sometimes will use fake names
Only those they know they will add to it.

No, there is no separate FB for them. Some use FB privately, others make fan pages, while others are fake profiles made by ordinary people.
