I thought my balance was the + amount I had in my ebay accnt - ? - 05-02-2014 09:41 PM The Current Balance is the Amount Owed to eBay. Not sure where the $15.50 amount comes from but eBay charges a percentage of the sales price and if you have an eBay store they charge for that as well.
