I'm not an american but i would like to buy in the american share trade market like Facebook for example < how can i do that ? and i'm overseas Big Grin ?

1) You need to open a stock trading account 100% needed to keep your share in a portfolio. (try http://www.optionsexpress.com, they are welcome overseas application) You can't buy shares directly. That is the rule to have a broker to buy on your behalf.

2.1) You can get Facebook share til end of March on IPO ($85/share or may be more) from FB's underwriters are Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. Getting IPO shares, underwriters prefer wealthy clients who have good relationships with them. Hard for common people. Do you know anyone who work in GS or MS? That would help.
If no,
2.2) FB shares wil be traded in 3 months for 1st time (you need to Google when?) so you can buy on the day but you need to have a broker account to buy any shares. (Go back to 1)
