they don't get any notifications.but if they can knw when open ur profile..

No they will not be notified but they can see it when you post tweets.

it's not like facebook, and no one gets "notified" unless you tweet about it; same with any other change to your account.
the only thing they get notified about, is if you retweet/favorite/follow them
