Do I need to register my website if it's making money? - Els Tarjona♦♣Amunt☺València↨↑Clone - 05-03-2014 04:03 PM

I have websites, one which offers a service and one that makes me passive income via clicks and commissions. I have a virtual assistant and I don't know if I should pay taxes for both websites or not. I'm planning to create 2 other ventures which includes 3 apps and probably create a small company with an offshore team under it.

I need help if my websites are business and/or taxable. Currently, both websites average $4000-7000 USD TOTAL after I pay my VA his $400 monthly check. I'm located in Mexico.

for this you have to contact Income Tax Dept they will give you more better answer.

And yes keep in mind your earning must exclude your expenses.

Hope you get some overview.

Best wishes

You should direct your question to a tax lawyer!
