Well I hate to be political or childish but I think your guy is putting you too low on the priority list. On the one hand, he does have a point that you shouldn't be snooping on him online, but then again if he has time for other friends and he is dating you, he should be responding to your texts. I think it is time to respond in kind, meaning don't be quite as available and when he does contact you don't pick up the phone or text back right away. This type of dynamic often starts when one person is more invested in a relationship than the other. It could be that when he sees you back off a bit, he will pursue you again. But if he doesn't, then you know that he has truly lost interest. By the way, please don't make anyone your plan A when they always make you plan B.
