What benefits are there from the NSA surveillance program? - Da Guns - 05-04-2014 12:10 AM

Got a paper to do on national security vs. privacy, you know with NSA's surveillance/spying program and being unconstitutional with regards to the 4th amendment and all. Wanted to know what the current and estimated benefits to the program are (example: how many terrorists or threats have been secured or are secured every year, or what the estimated numbers are if NSA is permitted to infringe farther on privacy?). Also, any other details you may know that are relevant to the topic would also be appreciated.

"And lets not forget that the NSA knows perfectly well where the plane, flight 370, and the passengers are/were given that the mobile phones were operating so these have also left a trail that the NSA has CERTAINLY tracked and logged".

under bush's 2007 homegrown radicalization and terrorist act , section 1955d , it mandates the NSA to sift and save every form of electronic communication from everybody , everywhere , worldwide , without a warrant . this means all 5 billion phones on earth , the entire internet , including every credit , debit , and bank transaction , every stock you buy , every text , search , picture , youtube , facebook , even this question and answer on YA . and i can prove it . to show you the benefits , i will get the NSA to flag this question .

allah akbar , sawdust , C4 , pressure cooker , trinitrotoluene , aziz the baker

we have just been flagged , you are now on the " watch list " and will be body cavity searched the next time you try to fly . don't that suck ? and your only 'crime' was to ask a question .
