What is the fastest/cheapest internet provider in SanJose 95139?
I currently have dsl, speedtest.net says I have a 5mb/s download. But I never get anything of 1mb/s when downloading from steam ,origin, etc. My price point is -$50 per month. Any recommendations?

Your download would be far better if you had a Fiber Optic connection.
You can possibly contact the supplier to see if and when that will be installed.
