So basically I sold something on eBay some dude bought it and then he hadn received it right away so he opened a case and then be got it but doesn't know how to close the case? Help I have until tomorrow! And I asked him and he says he can't cause it says its been refunded but he has the item! What do I do?!

All he has to do is go into the case and click a button that says "item received" and then he can pay you again. Or you can just call ebay and they will tell you what to do.

Go into rbay and show them the tracking number from your package as delivered and they will close the case for ou
CALL them get a real person on the phone to talk to and go from there
