I have mobile broadband which is connected to one of my PCs, the question is, can I connect 2 PCs in one internet connection type mobile broadband ?

Use either Wi-Fi or wired Ethernet (cross-over cable or 2 cables with a hub/switch in the middle) and set up ICS (Internet Connection Sharing) on the computer with mobile broadband.
