I use Google Chrome and I also recently updated my IMVU, so now when I open a new tab, it shows this: search.conduit.com instead of my main google page. I've tried everything I can think of but can't get it to switch back. Help!

You have to uninstall the conduit toolbar.
Try SpyBot to clean your system.
