Step 1
Download and install an old typewriter font https://www.google.com.au/search?q=old+typewriter+font+free&oq=old+typewriter+font&aqs=chrome.1.69i57j0l5.6056j0j7&sourceid=chrome&espv=2&es_sm=122&ie=UTF-8
Step 2
Open just about any image manipulation program and use the text tool with your new font
