It will say "Verified Account" at the top of the page most of the time.

On Twitter the real accounts have a little blue checkmark that means Verified Account, not all real accounts do though. You also might want to go to the real celebrity's official website if they have one (like bands and some actors/actresses) and they often have links to their twitters or facebooks.
