I was complaining about my health problems (i posted something on twitter) and this guy wrote "Take care, i hope it passes soon dear" can you please tell me what to reply? Im not very good at english and at talking to people..thanks

No need to reply. That sentence is a conversation ender. You don't need to say anything else.
