Where I can buy Gift Card for my GoDaddy Payment Options in the Philippines? Because I don't have Credit card nor PayPal account to buy Domain name. Or any other option other than. I only have bank account in the Philippines. Please help me. Thank You

I think you can get prepaid credit cards at a post office. Maybe not in the Philippines but it's worth a shot. They would surely work.
