I know if I send a message to someone on Facebook who is not friends with me, the message will be delivered to their "Other" box. If they add me afterwards, will my message me moved from their Other box to the main Inbox? Or will it still be left in the Other? Just asking because I know most people do not check their Other box.

Yes, most likely, unless the person manually moves it.

it Will Still Be In the Other Folder Because you Sent the Message While you Were Not There Friend the Message Does Not Move Automatically Into the Inbox
