I was looking for a prom dress when I came across this dress:

I thought it would be great to get because it's cheaper than my last prom dress, and I could also use it for cosplaying. But I really don't want to spend all my money on a crappy dress that I was going to wear to prom. Does anyone know if this site is trustworthy, that the dress would basically fit with my measurements and that it would be well made?
