Okay, I have a website on the Romans which has a lot of information on it. Will submitting it to teacher resources websites under the category Romans, help my SEO and Google page rank much?

Yes it will help your rank, especially if you get a lot of hits on it.
This should be a good place to put it, as "Romans" is used quite a lot for topic work..
