I have a free blog but don't write very good, can I put free articles and posts in it for content from other sources?

yes. if you have a wp site, there is a plugin for that, but the bad news is you still have lots of work to maintain it and keep it focused

You can do this, but would have to reference the source of the article. You should use the author's name and place a link back to the original article on your blog.

Yes, Any approval article you submit on you blog, But article source must be add otherwise your content goes to Spam.
