I have a pay per call campaign im trying to launch and want to know the best way to start a mobile campaign? also If you know any other ways to advertise I would like to know thank you !

Google owns the largest mobile ad network, some have found it simpler and less prone to false touches to target dumb wap phones, of which there are quite a few still in use. I hear your changed the moment someone touches a dial button whether they complete the call or not, this can give you lower than expected looking conversion rates. Using app banner networks has an even higher rate of accidental clicks.
