So my current account is @creamyhood , and I see people all the time making posts like: RT for 15 free follows from my saved accounts.
I want to know, if, for every account they make they enter a new email or if there's some option on twitter to make lots of different accounts?¨

You can not stop it.
The best way to do it by unfollowing them.
And you can use one email account from for one twitter account
