"a plug-in shockwave flash isn't responding stop plug-in" this message appear every time in my google chrome.

This is about my google chrome,
Version 23.0.1271.64 m

Uninstall shockwave flash and if you have a registry cleaner like Ccleaner run it to clean any registry entries. Reinstall the shockwave software again. if it fails you have to reinstall Google Chrome.
