Where does Wireless internet/connection originate from? - 236 - 05-06-2014 12:06 PM

Ok jokes aside, is it possible for wireless internet/connection to be self sustaining?

Wireless signals have to originate from an "access point" which is connected to the internet. Usually the internet connection will be by wired or fiber connection. The "source" has to be somewhere! No wireless can't be "self sustaining".

All wireless is RADIO! Does that help. Even your local FM stations have some "base" from which signals originate!
