Theres this girl at work that I like and we small chat when I see her and the other day I was curious and I looked up on FB and it turns out that she has a bf, she hasn't brought him up. So how can I win her over?

You should leave her alone and find a girl who's single, chances are she might end up resenting you especially if you're trying to make it obvious that you're interested when you know she has a boyfriend.
