fiverr is gona be the cheapest way but dont buy links with the google updates bought links are junk and not only do not help your site but penalize you. if you ever get serious you wil wind up having to hire an seo firm to "disavow" all the bs backlinks you bought

Hello dear, I have one suggession for you. Please don't run after any cheap link building service. It will harm your website in future. I think you should be looking for some authentic and quality backlink method / company which can give you profit for your valueable investment. Please keep it in your mind - "There is no such CHEAP BACKLINKING company in this market". Those people who promise your that they will build up backlinks for your company with affordable and cheap price, they actually harm your company website. I think the best way to get as many high quality links as possible is to build them yourself. This process can be very time consuming, however you can automate it using the right tools.

Be very careful with the route you're taking. Since Panda and Penguin Google PENALIZES sites for artificial links. So people advertising they will build links, but use automated software and Spam anchor text, will definitely sink your website.
Depending on the competition in your niche SEO (Link acquisition) will take time - typically 3 to six months to see an improvement.
The guys at w3 Internet Marketing, have done a great job for me - taking my page from about 35 to 4 th in the results pages. (This with 242,000,000 competing pages).
