how to unblock my Facebook friend request blocked 30 days please help its open last night and i send request to my 3 to 4 friend today i open my Facebook so my friend request is block please help

You cannot do anything to unblock it until 30 days. You might have received warnings for Facebook before as well. Usually Facebook blocks first for 7 and then 14 days and on sending more friend requests, it blocks the profile or page for up to 30 days
