There are many ways. The fastest and most effective way is through facebook ads. If you do not have any money, then I suggest doing some sort of promotion or giveaway. You will have to use an app, like 'easypromos' in order to administrate the promotion without violating facebook's terms. You can check out my blog or facebook page for more free info.
